Heard Pro is the managed listening tier. The free app narrates with a private local voice; Pro moves the voice and the narration brain to Heardā€™s hosted services, so the experience works out of the box with nothing to configure.

What Pro adds

  • Premium voices and personas. Jarvis, Aria, Friday, and Atlas: hosted, natural voices instead of the local synthesizer.
  • Managed narration. Heardā€™s hosted narration model does the judging and the writing: what deserves airtime, and how to say it like a colleague rather than a status board.
  • Zero key setup. No provider accounts, no API keys, no configuration. Sign in and it works.

Everything structural is included on every tier: the notch, listening modes, multiple agents, and all integrations.

Pro or Power?

Pro is the listening experience. Heard Power adds the talking: push to talk dictation, spoken replies to agents, ambient input, Heard Parrot, and iPhone pairing.

If you mostly want great narration while you work, Pro is the right tier. If you want to answer out loud and dictate anywhere, that is Power.
